Past experience

Caroline has worked as a business analyst for nearly 20 years within the utilities and financial services sectors. She has worked on numerous projects over the course of her career, spanning from an ERP implementation, API integration platform and cyber programme, to name a few. Caroline has worked independently as a business analyst but also has experience in overseeing analysis across programme and portfolios and leading and developing a team of analysts.

Responsibilities

As a business analyst Caroline supports projects from early client engagement to delivery, typically capturing the requirements of the client, supporting the solution design and readiness, to ultimately ensure the client gains business benefit. Caroline is currently working on documenting a target operating model to ensure that the solution delivered by Holley Holland can be optimally used and maintained by the client going forwards.

Leisure time

Caroline lives near Reading, Berkshire in the UK and is a busy mum of two boys, aged 12 and 15, wife and cat-mum. In her spare time Caroline enjoys catching up with friends, sewing and cooking.
