Scott has spent over 25 years in the financial services industry, at firms such as JP Morgan, Bank of New York Mellon, Newton Investment Management, Fidelity International and Royal London. He has held a number of leadership positions with full budget responsibilities for strategy and change transformation across business, technology and data functions. Due to the nature of these roles, Scott has been responsible for delivering large scale complex change initiatives helping organisations modernise across the data, digital, technology and business landscape. Scott has had extensive experience of working with organisations over his career to help them define and deliver on their data strategies with sustainable value add outcomes and benefits.
Scott is jointly responsible for managing Holley Holland’s global consultancy – a high growth practitioner-led business that has been branded by one of its core clients as a “new breed of consultants”. With his business partner, Steven Whaley, Scott is accountable for ensuring that Holley Holland provides outstanding service to its clients in an ethical and professional manner, delivers on its high growth agenda and continues to build the vision of looking for new markets and opportunities.
Scott lives in Hampshire with his wife and two teenaged daughters. He enjoys the arts and goes to see theatre, cinema and dance whenever he can. He also loves walking in the Hampshire countryside.
