Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, including global executive management roles within technology functions throughout EMEA, Asia Pacific, North and South America with JP Morgan, Chase Manhattan Bank and Fidelity International.
He has wide experience in developing business vision and implementing transformation programmes within Investment Bank, Asset Management and Insurance businesses. His skills include the in depth planning of supportive technology, operational strategy and architecture to achieve business success.
In rare moments of downtime, Andrew enjoys family gatherings, sailing, shooting and art galleries
Mark has worked in the financial services sector for over 20 years. His specialism is in leading transcontinental change programmes, managing multiple teams throughout Europe, India, US, and the Far East.
He has developed cross functional strategies for technology and operations functions and has supported and executed 5 year business plan programmes. Mark’s experience has been focused primarily on large-scale technology and operational transformation initiatives within the Investment Management, Life Assurance and Capital Market industries.
Mark used to be scuba diving instructor, plays the piano, and enjoys mountaineering. Now his two small children take up the majority of his time!
Greg has over 20 years’ experience working in Consulting, both within and outside of the financial services industry. He specialises in strategic tax centric transformation initiatives.
He has held senior positions at both KPMG and Deliotte, as well as co-founding his own consultancy, growing it into a significant player in a niche market. Greg is now responsible for new technology implementations and associated change management, related to the launch of tax provision software and workflow management systems.
At home, Greg enjoys jazz music, carpentry and culinary experimentation.
With over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry and 20 years in consulting, Jacqueline’s clients have included banks, investment houses and finance groups.
Experienced in leading internal and external teams across functional and geographic boundaries, Jacqueline’s recent activity has focused on operational change, prompted by regulatory compliance, risk management initiatives or post-merger and acquisition complexity.
When she’s not working, you can find Jacqueline learning how to garden, dancing in the kitchen or relaxing with her family.
Marty has worked in financial services for over 20 years and specialises in leading multi-functional, multi-site programmes across different time zones.
She has held executive positions at a very large financial institution and has most recently focused on current industry issues such as Resolution and Recovery Planning, Stress Testing, Restructuring, Operational Transformation and Transaction Support. She is highly experienced in dealing with senior and executive sponsors and rationalising cross line of business priorities, bringing analytical rigour and structure to problem solving.
Marty enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her extended family.
Prasad has more than 17 years of experience working with large enterprise IT organisations and product companies. He has hands-on experience in building products and platforms, and in result-oriented IT transformation. This has led to him becoming a trusted partner and coach to CIOs of large enterprises.
As an IT for IT strategist, enthusiastic Agile coach he leads by example. Prasad’s experience includes leading large distributed IT delivery teams across the US, UK, India and China.
Prasad is associated with many international conferences as a speaker and program organiser, such as Agile India, Agile Gurgaon, Discuss Agile and Digital Conclave. As recognition of his contribution to this community, Prasad was honoured with Agile Leader of the Year Award in 2016.
His key areas of interest are in Lean Start-up, Enterprise/ Business Agility, DevOps, & Machine Learning, which is reflected by accreditation with professional bodies such as SAFe, IEEE, ACM, Agile Alliance, Scrum Practitioners.
Steven has worked in the financial services industry for over 14 years and specialises in leading and delivering large, multidisciplinary programmes across broad geographic boundaries.
In the past, he has held senior positions at Lloyds Banking Group, engaging in management, customer service, strategy development, change management and organisation planning.
In his spare time, Steven enjoys discovering new cultures through travelling, cuisine and languages.
Richard has 25 years Investment Accounting, operations and IT experience gained in Asset Management organisations, consultancies and software vendors, supporting the financial services industry.
He has practical experience in leading projects in the UK and Europe, developing business vision, supporting technology and operational strategies and architectures in an advisory and execution capacity. He has worked at a senior consulting level with many prominent companies gaining extensive knowledge in Investment Management products and functions from analytics and execution to settlement, finance and risk.
Richard has a passion for outdoor activities. He enjoys golf, running, skiing and helping out with his son’s rugby team.
Matt has worked in financial services for over 20 years and specialises in leading large transformation programmes and managing significant-sized teams in multi-regional structures. He has held senior positions at RBS, Deutsche Bank and PWC in a variety of change-related roles.
He has two teenage sons and enjoys cycling, karting and other similar competitive activities, although now his boys are 18 and 16 his winning days are behind him! Matt also enjoys travelling and all that goes with it (sight-seeing, fine dining, wine, music…).
Cristina joined Holley Holland in 2013 shortly after finishing her MBA and is now responsible for the financial function within the business.
Cristina has been instrumental in developing and embedding processes and policies into the operation Holley Holland. She is now responsible for developing financial management mechanisms, handling financial accounting and reporting systems and developing external relationships with various financial institutions. Cristina works closely with the Holley Holland directors providing management reports and supporting strategic initiatives and planning, she is also currently studying for further professional qualifications.
In her spare time, Cristina enjoys visiting new places, socialising with friends and she has recently started boxing classes!
Judyta joined Holley Holland in 2016 and works closely with its partners and senior management to improve daily working environments and organisational processes. She has several years of experience working within systems and business administration across a range of industries.
Her principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to, implementation of operational procedures, project and office management, oversight of inventory and purchasing, plus preparation and revision of company reports and other business documentation.
Outside of work Judy enjoys boxing, tennis, travelling and reading.
Having joined Holley Holland in 2017, Lauren’s responsibilities span across financial accounting, business administration, marketing and office management.
Lauren supports the finance department’s daily invoicing and client liaison duties as well as assisting with tax, accounting and audit activities. Lauren is also responsible for daily office management and business administration while lending support on marketing, projects and events.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys cooking, filmmaking and travelling.
Slava has over 18 years of experience in software development. He specialises in delivering greenfield fintech solutions, both for small start-ups and large banks.
He has previously delivered solutions for banknotes trading, credit and market risk, portfolio management, financial analysis, stress testing and loan valuation.
In rare free moments between work and two young children, Slava enjoys basketball, piano, share trading and used to be a world-class juggler.
After studying computer science and electronics at university, William spent his early career occupying various positions in IT support, before finally moving to software development.
He has been involved in building web applications for a wide variety of businesses (from digital agency, to price comparison, to fintech) for the last 10 years. William enjoys the challenge of transforming business ideas into fully digital solutions, with the help of modern technologies and methodologies.
Away from the office, William has a keen interest in filmmaking and screenwriting and loves travelling abroad.
A keen mathematician, Monica started working as a developer 7 years ago, after she finished her Masters in Computer Science.
As a full stack developer, Monica has been exposed to a large number of projects in Romania, UK and the US and is proficient in C#, SQL, Java, Angular and Mongo DB.
Monica is a key example of the new breed of developers we are attracting – she is as passionate about development as she is about finding the right solution for our customers.
Monica enjoys life as much as she enjoys work. Her passions outside of work are very varied and include cycling, running, dancing, squash, travelling and nature.
Andrew has over 30 years of experience developing software predominately for banks, having spent 20 years at Lloyds writing integration software that enabled call-centre advisors to control their turrets and talk to the back end hosts.
Over the last few years he has been writing Stress Testing software for the US market and is well versed in a wide variety of programming languages and paradigms.
In his free time Andrew is a keen guitarist and piano player, enjoys yoga and is a good amateur cook.
Tim has extensive experience designing and building web applications in the investment banking and insurance sectors for companies of all sizes. He truly inhabits the full stack, intuitively switching between prototyping user interfaces or tuning database queries.
He is passionate about crafting the right solution for the customer, and enjoys the challenge of producing creative solutions that go beyond what was originally envisaged.
Outside of the office, Tim travels, plays videogames and dances his evenings away.
Janet has over 30 years of experience working in financial services and specialises in strategic tax and technology transformation initiatives.
Janet has previously led multiple teams across various projects in her senior roles at PwC and Bank of America, spanning strategic tax operating models, compliance and tax accounting functions, as well as technology, process change and risk management.
Janet’s sector expertise includes Corporate Direct and Indirect Taxes (Federal and State), Accounting for Income Tax, Wealth Management, Principal Investing and Consolidations.
George is a practised Management Consultant, Change and Project Manager with experience in regulatory data management, source-to-target mapping, lineage and integration, change management, regulatory compliance, risk and reporting.
George has worked in and consulted for financial services, banking, regulatory stress testing, credit card operations, telecommunications, and the energy sector for over 25 years. He specializes in regulatory compliance programs, CCAR [FRY 14-Q/M/A], project management, data mapping and audit testing initiatives
Mary has more than 20 years of data analysis, project management and transformation leadership experience, having held senior consulting positions in financial services for over 11 years, primarily in change-related roles.
Mary has worked in a wide range of areas in the financial services sector, having engaged in a number of projects with Bank of America including the large scale transitions for Fleet, MBNA, US Trust, LaSalle and Merrill Lynch.
Mary specialises in data-centric initiatives, including technology implementations, data migration, lineage, data cleansing, BI tool integration and warehousing.
After qualifying as a chartered accountant with KPMG in Johannesburg and London, James moved to JPMorgan where he served as a managing director in a number of investment banking and securities services businesses in London, Milan and Luxembourg. In 2007 he joined BNP Paribas as managing director of the UK securities services business and member of the UK investment bank management committee.
James’ experience includes business turn-around and strategic development, risk management and internal control, process reengineering and corporate governance.
James retired from full-time work in 2016 and is now working part-time as a non executive director and business advisor. In his spare time he likes to travel, to go to the theatre and to play any sport the advancing years allow.
